Preschool Parents/Guardians pre-enrolling your preschool student
- Please, add only Household Information, Student Information, Primary Contacts, and Emergency Contacts.Do not upload any documentation.
- You will bring the completed preschool packet and all mandatory documents to your enrollment appointment.
Parents/Guardians processing an online enrollment
- This is for students enrolling into kindergarten or grades 1 - 12, please read the information below.
Did you remember to electronically save the mandatory documents?
- Parent/Guardian’s Picture ID
- Proof of Residency
- Proof of Child’s Birth Date
- Child’s Immunization Record
- Child’s Physical Form OR Proof of upcoming Physical Appointment (Grades TK, Kinder, 1st and students coming from out of country only)
Did you remember to electronically save any additional documents that apply to your child?
- Special Education Documents (IEP)
- Foster or Legal Documents
- Approved Intra-District OR Inter-District Transfer Letter
- Previous School Transcripts or Records
Did you fill out and save the Student Enrollment Forms?
If you answered yes to all three questions, please continue.
If you answered no to any of the three questions above, please save what you need to before continuing.
Please Note:
This does not automatically enroll your child into school until an enrollment clerk verifies all documentation and contacts you when your child can begin school.
Enrollment not completed within 30 days will be deleted.
